Powerful software, not professional advice.

WoneSuite helps you run your finance, payroll, and the rest of your business in one place. But the platform is software — not your accountant, tax advisor, or lawyer. Here's exactly what that means, and why you must review and verify every computed figure before you rely on it.

At a glance

The short version — before the fine print

Not professional advice

WoneSuite is software. Nothing it produces or displays is legal, financial, tax, accounting, payroll, HR, or investment advice. For decisions, consult a qualified professional.

Verify every figure

Invoices, tax amounts, payroll deductions, ledger postings, and financial statements are computed tools. You must review and verify them before you rely on, file, or pay against them.

Compliance stays yours

You remain responsible for your tax filings, employment-law obligations, statutory reporting, and the accuracy of your own books and records.

Provided “as is”

The platform and its content are provided without warranties, and to the extent the Terms allow, our liability is limited. This page is read together with the Terms of Service.

This summary is for convenience only and does not replace the full text below.

1

General Information Only

WoneSuite is an all-in-one business operating system — software that helps businesses run their customers, sales, commerce, finance, people, projects, support, website, and marketing in one workspace. This disclaimer governs the information, tools, and computed outputs you access through wonesuite.com and the WoneSuite platform.

Everything WoneSuite publishes, displays, or generates — including help articles, templates, in-product guidance, example figures, dashboards, and the results our modules calculate — is provided for general informational and operational purposes only. It is not tailored to your specific circumstances, and it does not account for your jurisdiction, industry, contracts, or obligations unless you have configured it to.

You should not treat anything on WoneSuite as a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional who has reviewed your particular situation.

2

No Professional Advice

WoneSuite is a software provider. We are not your accountant, bookkeeper, auditor, tax preparer, tax advisor, lawyer, payroll bureau, HR consultant, or financial, investment, or regulatory adviser, and no use of the platform creates any such relationship.

Nothing produced, displayed, calculated, or made available through WoneSuite constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, HR, employment, or investment advice. Before you act on any figure, report, or feature, obtain advice from a professional qualified and licensed in your jurisdiction.

2.1 The professionals WoneSuite does not replace

  • A licensed accountant or auditor
  • A bookkeeper
  • A tax advisor or tax preparer
  • A lawyer or legal counsel
  • A payroll bureau or payroll specialist
  • An HR or employment-law consultant
  • A financial, investment, or wealth adviser
  • A licensed broker, dealer, or actuary

Features that resemble the work these professionals do — such as generating an invoice, estimating a tax figure, computing a payroll run, posting to the ledger, or assembling a financial statement — are conveniences that automate calculations from the data and settings you provide. They do not constitute a professional engagement and do not carry professional certification or assurance.

3

Accuracy of Computed Outputs

WoneSuite's finance and people modules produce computed outputs from the data, rates, rules, and configuration you enter. These include, among others:

  • Invoice, quote & expense totals
  • Tax and VAT/GST amounts
  • Payroll gross-to-net, deductions & components
  • Tax-bracket and contribution calculations
  • Double-entry ledger postings
  • Trial balance, P&L & balance sheet
  • Accounting-period closing figures
  • Time-off accruals & balances

These figures are tools, not certified results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every computed output — including invoices, tax amounts, payroll deductions, ledger entries, and financial statements — for accuracy and completeness before you rely on it, send it, pay against it, or file it with any authority.

The accuracy of any output depends on factors within your control: the data you enter, the tax rates and brackets you configure, the accounting policies and periods you choose, the mappings and opening balances you set, and the timeliness of updates you make. WoneSuite does not independently audit, certify, or guarantee that any computed figure is correct, complete, current with the law, or suitable for filing.

Tax rates, thresholds, statutory rules, and reporting formats change and vary by jurisdiction. Default or example values in the platform are illustrative and may not reflect the rules that currently apply to you. Confirm the correct figures with a qualified professional or the relevant authority before use.

4

Your Responsibility for Compliance

WoneSuite gives you tools to operate your business. It does not assume your legal, financial, or regulatory obligations, and using the platform does not transfer any of them to us.

4.1 Obligations that remain yours

  • Filing accurate and timely tax returns
  • Calculating, withholding & remitting payroll taxes and contributions
  • Complying with employment and labour law
  • Meeting statutory bookkeeping & record-keeping duties
  • Producing compliant financial statements
  • Charging, collecting & remitting the correct VAT/GST/sales tax
  • Data-protection and privacy obligations to your own people and customers
  • Retaining records for the periods your jurisdiction requires

You are responsible for the accuracy of your books and records and for every filing, payment, disclosure, and decision you make using WoneSuite — including those based on figures the platform computed. Review outputs and consult a qualified professional before you file or pay.

If a computed figure looks wrong, do not rely on it. Independently verify it and correct your configuration or data before proceeding.

5

Third-Party Content & Integrations

The platform may display, embed, or interoperate with content, data, and services provided by third parties — for example payment methods, tax-rate data, search consoles, advertising pixels, mapping, or DNS providers you choose to connect.

We do not control third-party content or services and do not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for their accuracy, availability, legality, or performance. Your use of any integration is governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policy, and any dealings you have with them are between you and them.

Where a module relies on external reference data — such as tax tables or exchange rates — that data may be delayed, incomplete, or superseded. Treat it as a starting point to verify, not as an authoritative source.

7

“As Is” & Availability

WoneSuite is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work hard to keep the platform reliable, secure, and accurate, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free of defects, or that every calculation, feature, or output will be without fault.

  • Service may be interrupted for maintenance or incidents
  • Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn
  • Errors or bugs may occur and be corrected over time
  • Reference data may lag behind current law
  • Third-party dependencies may fail or change

Because outputs can contain errors, you must not treat any figure as final until you have reviewed and verified it. Keep independent records and reconcile regularly.

8

Testimonials & Results Not Guaranteed

Any testimonials, reviews, case studies, benchmarks, sample metrics, or outcome examples we present reflect specific experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will achieve.

Your results depend on many factors we do not control, including your market, effort, configuration, data quality, and how you use the platform. Time or efficiency savings shown anywhere on WoneSuite are illustrative and not assured.

9

Forward-Looking Statements

Some content — such as roadmap items, planned features, projections, or statements about our intentions — is forward-looking. It reflects current expectations and is subject to change without notice.

Do not make purchasing or business decisions in reliance on features, capabilities, or timelines that have not yet been released. Only currently available functionality is warranted, and only to the extent stated in the Terms of Service.

10

No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WoneSuite disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, in relation to the platform, its content, and its computed outputs.

10.1 Warranties we disclaim

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or completeness of any output
  • Reliability, availability, or uninterrupted operation
  • Compliance of any figure with applicable law
  • That defects will be corrected
  • That the service will meet your specific requirements

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from WoneSuite or through the platform, creates any warranty that is not expressly stated here or in the Terms of Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoneSuite and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or for tax penalties, interest, fines, misfiling, or miscalculation, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the platform, its content, or its computed outputs.

This section is a summary. Your use of WoneSuite is governed by the Limitation of Liability provisions in the Terms of Service, which set out the full terms and any caps that apply. Read them together with this disclaimer.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12

Confirming the Relationship

For the avoidance of doubt: WoneSuite provides software and infrastructure. Your accountant, bookkeeper, tax advisor, lawyer, and payroll or HR specialist provide professional services and judgment. We are designed to work alongside them, not to replace them.

We strongly recommend having a qualified professional review your finance and payroll setup, and periodically review the figures the platform produces, before you rely on them for filings, payments, or reporting.

13

Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. When we do, we will revise the “Updated” date above, and material changes may be communicated through the website or the platform.

Your continued use of WoneSuite after an update takes effect means you accept the revised disclaimer.
