Cookie Policy

A few cookies, and nothing you didn't ask for.

WoneSuite is deliberately cookie-light. We set only the strictly-necessary cookies that keep you signed in, secure your session, and remember basic preferences — our website analytics are cookieless, and we set no advertising trackers on our own site.

At a glance

The short version — before the fine print

Deliberately cookie-light

We set only a handful of strictly-necessary cookies — to keep you signed in, secure your session, and remember basic preferences like your theme.

Cookieless analytics

Our own website analytics are first-party and set no cookies at all — no cross-site tracking, just anonymized, daily-rotating visitor IDs.

No ad trackers from us

We do not set advertising or marketing cookies on the WoneSuite website, and we don't build advertising profiles about you.

You stay in control

You can view, block, or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings — essential cookies simply keep the app working.

This summary is for convenience only and does not replace the full text below.

1

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to store on your device. On each later visit, the browser can send them back — which lets a site keep you signed in, secure a session, or remember a preference between page loads.

"Cookies" is often used loosely to cover a few related browser storage technologies. This policy uses the term broadly to include classic cookies as well as similar mechanisms such as local storage and session storage, which serve comparable purposes.

Cookies can be described in two useful ways: by who sets them and by how long they last. First-party cookies are set by the site you are visiting; third-party cookies are set by another domain (for example an ad network). Session cookies are erased when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain for a set duration. WoneSuite relies almost entirely on first-party, short-lived cookies.

2

Our Cookie-Light Philosophy

Many platforms accumulate dozens of cookies — advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, and third-party analytics that follow you around the internet. WoneSuite is built on the opposite principle: use as few cookies as possible, and only where they are genuinely necessary to run the service.

  • Strictly-necessary cookies only
  • First-party, set by WoneSuite
  • No advertising cookies on our site
  • No cross-site tracking
  • Cookieless website analytics
  • Short-lived by default

If a cookie is not required to keep you signed in, secure your session, or remember a preference you set, we don't set it on our website.

3

Strictly-Necessary Cookies We Use

These cookies are essential: without them, core functions like signing in and protecting your session cannot work. They are all first-party — set by WoneSuite, not by any third party — and they are not used for advertising. The table below describes them by purpose; exact names and lifetimes may vary as we improve security.

NamePurposeTypeDuration
Session / authenticationKeeps you securely signed in to your workspace so you don't have to re-enter credentials on every page.Strictly necessary · first-partySession or until sign-out / expiry
Security / CSRF tokenProtects against cross-site request forgery and other session attacks by validating that requests genuinely come from you.Strictly necessary · first-partySession
Theme preferenceRemembers a basic UI preference, such as light or dark mode, so the interface loads the way you left it.Functional preference · first-partyPersistent (typically up to ~1 year)

Because these cookies are strictly necessary to provide a service you have actively requested — a working, secure application — they do not require prior consent under most cookie-consent frameworks. Blocking them may break sign-in and other core features.

4

Why We Don't Use Advertising Cookies

WoneSuite does not set advertising or marketing cookies on our own website, and we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, retarget you across other sites, or share browsing behavior with ad networks.

We believe running your business shouldn't come bundled with being tracked for advertising. Our business model is straightforward — we provide the platform, you pay for it — so we have no need to monetize your attention through trackers.

No advertising cookies. No cross-site profiling. No selling of browsing data. That's a commitment, not just a default setting.

5

Our Cookieless Website Analytics

To understand how our marketing website performs — which pages are useful, where people run into trouble — we measure traffic. Crucially, we do this without cookies. Our analytics are first-party and cookieless by design.

  • No analytics cookies set
  • First-party, on our own servers
  • Anonymized, daily-rotating visitor IDs
  • No cross-site tracking
  • No persistent visitor identifier
  • No third-party analytics scripts

Instead of a persistent cookie or identifier, our analytics derive a visitor signal that rotates every day and cannot be used to follow you across websites or over long periods. This gives us the aggregate insight we need to improve the site while keeping individual visitors effectively anonymous.

Because this measurement sets no cookies and does not persistently identify you, it does not rely on cookie consent. It is engineered to respect privacy from the ground up.

6

Cookies on Tenant Websites

WoneSuite lets businesses (our tenants) build and host their own websites using our CMS and website builder. Those websites are controlled by the tenant, not by WoneSuite, and a tenant may choose to set their own cookies according to their configuration and consent tooling.

6.1 Governed by the tenant's own policy

Any cookies set on a tenant-built website — and the choices offered for them — are governed by that tenant's own cookie and privacy notices, not by this policy. If you are visiting a website built on WoneSuite, look to that business's own notice for details.

6.2 Third-party pixels a tenant may add

A tenant may add their own third-party advertising or marketing pixels to their site. When they do, those are the tenant's choice, are governed by the tenant's policy and the pixel provider's terms, and are gated behind that tenant's own consent banner — not enabled by WoneSuite by default.

The cookie-light commitments in this policy describe the WoneSuite platform and the wonesuite.com website. They do not dictate what an individual tenant chooses to do on their own site.

7

Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You are always in control of cookies on your device. Every major browser lets you see which cookies are stored, delete them, and block some or all of them. You can usually find these controls in your browser's privacy or security settings.

  1. 1Open your browser's settings and find the privacy, security, or "cookies and site data" section.
  2. 2Review stored cookies and site data, and remove any you no longer want.
  3. 3Choose whether to block third-party cookies, all cookies, or set exceptions for specific sites.
  4. 4Optionally enable a setting to clear cookies automatically when you close the browser.

If you block or delete our strictly-necessary cookies, parts of WoneSuite — including staying signed in — may stop working correctly until they are allowed again.

8

Do Not Track & Global Privacy Signals

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) preference. There is no universal industry standard for exactly how sites must respond to DNT.

In practice this matters little on our website: we already do not track you across sites, we set no advertising cookies, and our analytics are cookieless and anonymized. In other words, our default behavior aligns with what a "do not track" preference asks for.

9

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our technology, the cookies we use, or our legal obligations. When changes are material, we will notify you through the website or the platform and update the "Effective" date above.

Because we deliberately keep our cookie footprint small, we expect changes here to be infrequent. If we ever introduce a new category of cookie that requires consent, we will surface the appropriate choice before setting it.
