WoneSuite (“we,” “us,” or “our”) complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures for reporting copyright infringement on our platform and how we respond to such claims.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This policy implements the procedures set forth in 17 U.S.C. § 512 for reporting alleged copyright infringement and provides information about how to submit a counter-notice if content is mistakenly removed.
This policy applies to all content hosted on, transmitted through, or stored on WoneSuite’s services, including but not limited to user-generated content, documents, images, videos, and code.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, WoneSuite has adopted a policy to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers. We maintain a database of DMCA notices and make reasonable efforts to identify repeat infringers.
Accounts may be terminated after three valid DMCA violations within any 12-month period. We reserve the right to terminate accounts after a single egregious violation.
6. International Considerations
While the DMCA is U.S. legislation, WoneSuite respects copyright globally. We will process takedown notices that substantially comply with DMCA requirements regardless of the complainant’s location.
For countries outside the United States, we will process notices that comply with applicable local laws and international copyright treaties.
7. False Claims Warning
IMPORTANT: Knowingly materially misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Similarly, making false claims in a counter-notice may result in similar liability.
